根據接到的一些反映，必須做出正確答覆的問題，現聖德組聖德們給出正確的答覆如下。大家小心注意，要看懂每一條！

1. 無論再高的藍釦段位，最多只能舉行寧瑪傳承第九代白惹渣拉的口說內密，而為弟子灌不了真正的內密灌頂，其他教派也是如此。

2. 若金釦三段（上尊）為你灌內密頂時，必須到合法的內密壇場、有金剛三杵的所在壇場舉行，否則灌頂無效，反而有害。除非是佛陀和等妙覺菩薩，如觀音、文殊、彌勒等菩薩親身作的灌頂。

3. 金釦三段只能灌真正的內密頂，不具本尊授承的資格，灌不了勝義內密頂。

4. 證量的成就大小、地位的高低、是聖是凡、真與假，必須看他的袍裝段位，這是在聖考時以經律論為基礎，加上本尊、佛菩薩最終的確定，是百分百的準確。

5. 認證轉世的活佛，最普通的要觀湖打卦、擇認前世信物，但其認證不是百分之百的確切，而最準確的認證必須至少要三段金釦聖德才能舉行的勝義擇決。

6. 什麼樣的活佛喇嘛才能有資格認證轉世活佛？答：必須是經過擇決，由本尊、護法通過批准，具有認證權的活佛。

7. 金釦一段（孺尊）已達到聖者量，能取昔量伏藏，但是取不了現量伏藏。金釦一段不能為弟子舉行內密灌頂，只可以借灌內密頂。

8. 金釦一段至金釦三段不具灌勝義內密頂的資格，作不了本尊授承。

9. 金釦三段沒有把握確定完成送菩薩一表。

10.金釦一段（孺尊）與金釦二段（教尊）道量差別很小，二段與一段本事幾乎平等。金釦二段與金釦三段道量差別非常之大。

11. 內密灌頂可以借灌，而勝義內密灌頂不接受借灌，也就是借灌不了的。

12. 金釦四段男性為聖尊，女性為玉尊，已證大摩訶薩，輕而易舉作內密灌頂，取現量伏藏易如反掌，並能完成送菩薩一表，具備勝義內密灌頂為弟子作本尊授承。

13. 無論是什麼樣的上師，他的等級道量是聖是凡、是真是假，都可以在內密壇場經過勝義擇決來確定，眾人如實見境，冒稱不了的。

14. 金釦五段太尊最高，是金釦中最後一段，是等妙覺菩薩，道行超於所有的金釦。金釦五段之上是遍智無量了，即是十方諸佛。

15. 有人見到旺扎上尊功夫了得，真正成了金剛聖體，能輕輕提起攔殿千斤金剛杵，世界上無有法王、活佛、法師能敵，找不到一人能有如此好體質，有人提出請上尊為他們灌勝義內密頂。現告知你們：上尊確實了得，是真正修成了金剛之體，但是，祂還不具作勝義內密灌頂本尊授承的道行，因為祂沒有絕對的把握送菩薩一表，不具本尊授承。聖尊、玉尊可以作本尊授承，但祂們不收弟子，沒有為行人傳法灌頂。現在明確告訴大家：這世界上真正能作本尊授承的，也唯一只有南無第三世多杰羌佛！儘管如此，也必須要經過擇決，佛陀才會為你傳法，如前者因海聖尊、旺扎上尊、祿東贊上尊、趙玉勝聖德。另外還有一位曾接受金色菩薩本尊授承的，是公眾在三聖殿看到她接受的本尊授承，當晚金色菩薩從空而降，為她傳了法。本尊授承絕不是一派宗師、大法王能主持的，而是必須是聖尊、玉尊、太尊，應該說他們都是依止佛陀傳的大法而修成就的巨聖德。

16. 聖蹟寺是真正公正無私的一個寺廟，不設立住持，一切平等依功、依德、依法、應緣，歡迎聖德以及高僧、大德、善知識們申請在聖蹟寺舉辦各自的法會，但必須經過審核批准，審核條件不高，只要當時自己準備演講課題的基本法義是正確的就可批准。

17. 聖蹟寺開放聖蹟，供大家禮拜瞻仰，如因海聖尊法相當前正在顯聖等聖蹟。

18. 世界佛教總部有幸能恭請南無第三世多杰羌佛為眾說法，但是，南無第三世多杰羌佛不只是世界佛教總部的佛陀，而是整個佛教的佛陀——最高領袖，是合法認證的佛陀，是永遠不收任何供養、只義務服務大眾的佛陀。

19. 至於提到旺扎上尊提起一千斤重的金剛杵代表著什麼？這提問實在讓之啼笑。學佛是學真正的佛法，對嗎？佛法有兩部功——性功和體功：一，首先目的求了生脫死，依修行而證般若真諦，此為性功之所證法身解脫；二，是修身體，修煉四大之軀，健康、體力兩個方面，此為體功。反言之，既送不了高層要送的菩薩一表，降一級下來又提不動中層要提的金剛杵，這不是凡夫衰弱軀體難道是聖者強健之體嗎？身體虛弱，體力不好，這還說有佛法功夫可言嗎？無論他的身份地位名聲高到上天，連超常的重量都拿不起來，說明就是常人，就是肉體凡胎，不是金剛體，說明沒有掌持著真正的佛法，是一個凡夫冒充的聖者。

20. 南無第三世多杰羌佛說了多次，祂說祂不懂真正的內密灌頂，更不懂勝義內密灌頂本尊授承，祂是一個普通行人。可是，因海聖尊、旺扎上尊、祿東贊上尊、趙玉勝聖德、見慧孺尊，還有金色菩薩親臨傳法的那一位，都是南無羌佛灌頂傳法的弟子，這還說什麼呢？如果佛陀都不懂，太尊、聖尊、玉尊、上尊還有懂的成份嗎？佛陀不是灌不了不懂，而是學法的弟子不夠真心虔誠，不具資格。
