關於你們諮詢有哪些寺廟或者準備要修的寺廟，是行正教正法的寺廟、南無第三世多杰羌佛題寺名的寺廟或者認可他修寺廟，以上寺廟是否都行正法？內密灌頂或勝義內密灌頂是什麼上師可舉行？今回覆如下：

南無第三世多杰羌佛認可的寺廟有很多，只要是做佛事、利益大眾的、政府有批文認可合格的正規寺廟，佛陀都會贊同。凡是政府批准的寺廟，佛陀都認可為他們題寫寺廟的寺名，但除了華藏寺、正法寺、古佛寺是南無羌佛取的名字，佛陀沒有給任何寺廟主動取過寺名，都是他們自己取好寺名後，拿去請佛陀題字，佛陀是免費給他們題寫寺廟的寺名。就連行正教正法、總部所修建的聖蹟寺，都是因為該寺在法會期間出現了巨大的聖蹟，佛陀才建議總部把原有的三藏寺改為聖蹟寺；而覺行寺則是該寺住持釋證達法師在世界佛教總部考試，取得了聖德段位，佛陀才為他們的寺廟取名為覺行寺；又比如寶塔寺，在他們當時簽定了購買佛教正法中心寺廟建地合約書時，虛空中出現寶塔放光，該寺住持報告南無羌佛，佛陀應其因緣，才把佛教正法中心寺廟改為寶塔寺；就連華藏學佛苑，都是國際佛教僧尼總會取好了寺名，向政府申報批准拿到文件後，佛陀才認同。而佛陀在去年8月15日對世界佛教總部的聖德們說法時說過，祂題寫的任何寺廟，絕不代表該寺一定在行正法，因為行不行正法是該寺的管理主持者懂不懂正法、行不行正法，這才是原則，所以要看該寺住持已是聖德還是高僧大德身份？至於內密灌頂，特別是勝義內密灌頂，必須是巨聖德才能舉行的！！！如果某寺目前沒有聖德段位主持，但只要是真正的高僧大德，也是好寺廟，至於是否屬於高僧大德身份者，要諮詢世界佛教總部。如果要仔細地了解哪些寺廟行正教正法或傳偏見邪說，應詳盡核對該寺是否符合南無第三世多杰羌佛法音教誡和釋迦牟尼佛教誡。

世界佛教總部正式通告佛弟子們，如果經世界佛教總部考試定性為高僧大德段位的，必須要見到該寺廟管理主持者本人身著的袍裝段位，及其相對應的證書是否符合袍裝段位，作為定性標準，如果此管理主持修建寺廟之人的段位符合標準，他帶你們作的寺廟應該是功德的；如果相反，不符合以上標準，無論什麼管理主持的人所修的寺廟就是不定正邪性質的，因此，大家必須要對該寺廟打問號的。至於功德大小，要看該寺廟的管理主持者的段位高低，更要看符不符合南無羌佛法音教義。另外，南無第三世多杰羌佛在法音中說過，祂曾經在法音或法會中認同贊許的人，大家同樣要拿128條知見予以衡量鑑別，因為隨著時間的流逝，有一些人的道心已經染邪了，有的甚至會成為騙子妖魔的幫兇。所以，總部認為，對任何行人，都必須用十八法當中的任何一法來予以鑑別，只要未達到金釦三段，都必須用128條知見來衡量任何一位上師。而且，即使某人受到佛陀的讚許，佛陀百分之百都會讓此人到總部去考試定性，從總部實施考試以來，凡是南無羌佛認可的人來總部考試，都是及格的，還沒有一個例外落榜，所以佛陀認同贊許的人，總部都有紀錄。故不管以什麼名義自稱宣傳的，凡總部沒有紀錄的任何人，總部都不予認可，概歸個人行為，正邪不定。

同時，本總部藉此機會告訴大家，凡是未達到聖德段位，而強行讓他人供奉自己的照片，甚至吃飯的時候還要求他人幫自己夾菜等等，這種齷齪骯髒的邪靈行為，在佛陀的面前，簡直是連垃圾都不如，這種人一定是無道無德之人，大家不可跟隨。我們長期以來，見到南無第三世多杰羌佛，在吃一盤水果或者在用點心的時候，只要身邊有弟子，佛陀首先就會把水果或點心分給弟子，吃了以後，佛陀又再次拿給弟子，直至分完，這是司空常見的。比如昨天，佛陀在車上，把一個最好的蛋糕分發給了在車上的所有弟子，而佛陀只留下了自己的一份——兩牙，在回到住地時，看到住地的兩位弟子沒有吃到，佛陀又把包好的兩牙取出來，分作兩份拿給了弟子。這麼好的蛋糕，佛陀竟然絲毫沒有享受，全分給了弟子，佛陀是何等的沒有架子、無私、愛他勝己？！再看看這種強迫他人幫自己夾菜的無道凡夫，還不懺悔改正，更待何時？
