南無第三世多杰羌佛當時說：“你們不要擔心，不了解狀況，這是大吉之兆，聖天湖該修房建寺的地方、對人所居之處不會有任何損傷，聖天湖泊中的水也不會被侵入。現在唯一是要告知佛教總部，總部要修寺廟在那裡，要派人去把聖蹟攝下來。”我們問為什麼叫聖蹟？南無羌佛說：“去年就告訴過你們，聖天湖是一個聖地，聖天湖地下有一條從南到北的地下河，寬如長江。當時有邪惡妖人誹謗說我們是造謠，為此，有人拿出了科學依據，告訴他們聖天湖地下確有世界上唯二的兩條從南到北的地下大河中的一條。也給他們講了，地下450英尺以下的地方會有水晶湖泊、晶體寶石，他們這些業障之人怎麼會相信我說的話呢？他們被黑業障住，連科學都不相信。你們想一想回答我：為什麼今天這條乾涸多年、在地下河上的河床會突然碧水奔流、巨浪掀波？這是為什麼？猶如千里江濤，一洗北下，到底是什麼聖潔因緣能使它這樣？”這時一位上尊對佛陀回答說：“這是否是天河之水湧入地下大河，匯聚地穴之河？這確實是龍天護法歡慶讚歎之舉，從科學見證，幾十年來沒有水流的乾河，竟然成了大江奔流，其原因是2019年2月14日，聖天湖所在的城市Hesperia市為了討論聖天湖是否應該修佛教城、分割土地來為各大教派建寺修城的決定，特地召開公聽會，結果，當天公聽會一致表決同意分割土地修建世界佛教中心城，龍天護法甚為歡讚！”
上尊對南無第三世多杰羌佛說：“這條大江永遠保留該有多好！”南無羌佛說：“永遠保留就不是一條大江了，而是明江與暗江兩江重疊。你不是說了是龍天護法為昨天通過了公聽會而於今天慶賀讚歎嗎？既然這樣，就是一種勝義的表法，就是一種慶祝，猶如開一場慶祝大會，慶祝大會開完了，這巨大的江流很快就會自然消失了，剩下的就是下面很乾淨的石頭和沙。希望有的人的心行也像洗乾淨的石頭和沙，這麼大的江水還洗不淨你們的心靈的污染，那真的就無藥可救了。”上尊說：“這是佛陀的預言嗎？”南無羌佛說：“我沒有本事作預言，這些你們都是看得到的。趕快拿攝像機去把攝下來，現在也許還能照到河上的彩虹。”
結果，我們世界佛教總部根據佛陀的說法來到了聖天湖上，只聽到水流聲震盪，確實如佛陀所說，我們看到了猶如長江一樣的大江，出現在聖天湖的土地上，北下奔流，水量巨大，波濤澎湃，流速極快，正捲起聖天湖邊的殘渣廢草，一點也沒有傷害樹木、房子，河對岸的房屋也沒有任何損傷，同時也照到了彩虹，這實在是殊勝無比的吉祥之兆。在第一天開會，第二天龍天護法讚歎，巨大聖蹟顯現，我們相信，聖天湖佛教城將會萬事如意，百業興隆！
