 通慧大和尚

通慧法師像

通慧大和尚為江西馬祖道場龍居寺的方丈，南無第三世多杰羌佛的親承弟子之一，亦名通慧老和尚，跟南無第三世多杰羌佛學法，早已超凡入聖，具聖僧資格，威德事蹟甚多，所在之處有人常見龍天護法護佑，其寺廟乾枯三十餘年的大銀杏樹，通慧大和尚灑上菩提聖水，銀杏樹枯木重生，依然復活，1992年通慧大和尚到緬甸去迎請佛像，到達的前一晚，緬甸全國上下人等突然夜夢通慧大和尚即是金身羅漢即將駕臨緬甸，翌日全國上下人山人海地來供養大和尚，在小乘中，他們稱羅漢猶如稱妙覺菩薩，可見通慧大和尚是如此了不起的大聖者。

大和尙於2013年2月26日晚上8點40分在龍居寺生死自由而圓寂，世壽92年，僧臘83年，戒臘74年，是佛教界知名大德。大和尙示寂後法體裝壇停放於龍居寺馬祖殿內，幷指示三年後當眾起缸。大和尙肉身於2016年6月12日（農歷五月初八），由其弟子率領四眾佛弟子千人，依佛科儀，遵循古制，吉時開缸。起缸後，大和尙肉身完整、色如白玉。如此聖迹，再次體現了如來正法眞實不虛！

大和尙肉身舍利現已穿金供奉於龍居寺。
