針對兩個嚴肅問題，特公告如下：

第一， 關於在世界各國出現的新冠疫情，南無第三世多杰羌佛已經多次告誡大家，要大家相信政府的處理，遵守政府的防疫法規。但南無第三世多杰羌佛沒有修過所謂的加持法水防止新冠病毒，佛陀從來不會搞這些違背修行因果的作為。

第二， 有人提出：對於所有的法義，包括佛陀的法音和經書，只有經修法擇決通過的才能恭聞、才能看。這是極度荒唐、昏庸和愚癡的，是妖邪知見。大家必須清楚一個簡單而重要的概念，那就是：佛陀的正覺聖量高於一切，佛陀的智慧高於一切，佛陀的照見高於一切，絕非菩薩、阿羅漢能及其項背，佛陀決定的，那就是正確的，哪一門擇決能勝過佛陀自己的擇決？所以，南無第三世多杰羌佛的佛書和法音義諦，是絕對正確無誤的。凌駕於佛陀之上，來擇決佛陀親口說法和認知決定的，那到底是哪一位超佛陀的真駕？宇宙間有超佛陀嗎？實在可憐！而南無釋迦牟尼佛的經書，凡是南無第三世多杰羌佛鑑定後是正確的那些，就沒有被波旬魔王的魔子魔孫篡改，這還需要擇決嗎？至於佛陀同意聖德們擇決，那是擇決出正邪，讓大家開眼界，認知佛法的不可思議、至高偉大而已！凡是認為佛陀的法需要經過擇決，此類人應該是不學無術的白痴。
